Care

Management

A care manager takes the reigns to assist the family or the Power of Attorney (POA) in a resident’s care plan. They set appointments, take residents on outings/shopping/appointments and assist in daily tasks. They monitor how functional the resident is and advocate to remedy any complaints.

Behavior Modification Coaching

Katie is a compassionate care responder who understands the ups and downs of dementia, with sundown disorders. Redirecting by behavior modification coaching is currently a case study by researching evidence-based practices in a safe and caring capacity.
